Essential Job Functions: Follows recipe specifications and maintains high quality and consistency. Cooks in high volume and high quality environment. Works from production sheets & recipes. Has knowledge of basic soup and sauce production. Follows directions of Sous Chef or Lead Cook (Cook III). Works cooperatively with others under high stress. Assists with food preparation.
