About this role
Provide superior guest service to all internal and external customers in areas of Front Desk Operations and Reservations (Room, Restaurant, Golf, etc.) Issue comps using the established comp policy. Deliver interoffice and USPS mail. Act as a liaison between the Company and individuals and/or groups visiting the property. Practices the Rising Star Core Values of Commitment, Integrity and Excellence.
