About this role
Primary responsibility of the Palm Court Runner/Cashier is to greet guests, take orders and serve food to the guests. Essential Job Functions: • Excellent internal/external guest service;• Greet guests and take order immediately;• Know the procedures for ordering through POSI system, accepts cash, credit cards, comps and coupons;• Responsible for balancing register;• Circulate within your section to remove used plates, clean tables and keep beverages full;• Set up and break down;• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
