Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional hospitality by serving as the primary face of the hotel, managing guest arrivals, valet parking, and luggage assistance. • Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries about amenities/attractions, and handle requests professionally. • Valet Parking: Safely park and retrieve automatic and manual vehicles while keeping keys and tickets organized. • Bell Services: Escort guests to rooms, handle luggage with care, and manage organized baggage storage. • Operations Support: Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security teams while maintaining clean service areas. • Compliance: Uphold strict hotel protocols regarding guest privacy, safety, grooming, and gaming license standards.
Job Requirements: • Experience: 1+ years of hospitality or related customer service experience required. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred. • Driving Skills: Valid driver's license with the proven ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities. • Availability: Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including routine evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$16.50-17.50 hour based on experience +plus tips
