About this role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the VP, Human Resources, is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership with the goal to align human resource initiatives with enterprise and business unit strategies. The position drives initiatives and core HR processes with a hands-on, consultative approach. The VP, Human Resources is a key point of contact, trusted advisor and sounding board for the business leadership team.
