Therapist I, under supervision $72,000 plus $5,000 bonus! Therapist 2, $82,000, plus $8,000 bonus! Overflowing benefit package & generous PTO! The Women in Recovery Therapist provides direct, gender-specific individual and group counseling to participants in the WIR program, with emphasis on recovery from substance abuse, role-modeling, women only groups, trauma, health and wellness, parenting and family reunification. Maintains relationships with external agencies, such as court personnel, ancillary service providers, referring agencies, etc. FCS utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model of care. As a member of a multi-disciplinary care team, you will successfully support clients by providing whole person care with this transformative model.
