$19 payrate with complete benefit package! The Peer Recovery Support Specialist provides peer support services, based on an individualized, recovery-focused service philosophy that allows individuals the opportunity to learn to manage their own recovery and advocacy process. The PRSS will work to enhance the development of natural supports, coping skills and other skills to function as independently as possible in the community. Family & Children's Services utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care. Services are delivered to a high risk adult population who carry a serious mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring and/or medically co-morbid diagnosis. This PRSS will work on our "Team Zero" Co-Occurring team, working with the Zero Overdose model.
