The Bag Runner provides services behind the counter in the handling of passenger luggage and the security of the belt. The agent is responsible for providing excellent service and customer service under the FAA and American Airlines safety rules, ensuring compliance with operational and safety rules and procedures, local and international regulations, and compliance with contractual obligations.
