The Ramp Agent is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and on-time ground handling services to support aircraft operations. This position performs a variety of ramp functions, including aircraft loading and unloading, baggage and cargo handling, aircraft servicing, and operating ground support equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. Ramp Agents play a critical role in ensuring the timely turnaround of aircraft and must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company, airline, airport, and regulatory requirements.
