JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing fast, friendly, professional food and beverage service to Downstream guests and customers who bring their check for payment to the restaurant cash register. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives.
