JOB SUMMARY The Rooms Coordinator assists with assignments of Hotel (GRA) employees by preparing daily work schedule for GRA’s, assigning rooms based on sections. Complete floor status charts, report call offs. Distribute and accountability for floor keys, radios. Log in daily guest request, guest complaints and front desk request. Monitoring and responding to requests for assistance in support of respective departments. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives.
