Culver Franchising System, LLC is currently looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support our new and existing franchisees and growth in our Columbus, Ohio market. This role is responsible for guest service, new restaurant openings and financial results in Culver’s franchised locations. They also provide ongoing leadership and advice to franchisees regarding restaurant operations including supporting positive guest relations, product quality, training, team development and expense controls; while providing expertise to franchisees in building restaurant sales and profits, ultimately adding value to the Culver’s brand. The ideal area to reside in is the greater Columbus, Ohio area.
