The CIA’s Dining Room Service Faculty are responsible for teaching the tenets of fine dining front of house service within a student-driven restaurant. Are you interested in giving back to the industry you love, motivating and mentoring culinary students getting ready to enter the field? We seek individuals who embody the values which guide our efforts: excellence, leadership, professionalism, ethics, and respect for diversity. The successful candidate has progressively responsible professional experience within the hospitality/service industry, and embodies the impeccable presentation expected of this Institution.
