Key Responsibilities:
• Routine Maintenance:
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify signs of wear or malfunction.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjusting equipment to ensure longevity.
• Replace or repair parts as necessary to keep equipment in good working condition.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery or systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to fix or replace faulty components.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Installation: and or relocation of production equipment.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment, systems, or machinery.
• Set up and calibrate new systems to meet operational requirements.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols and ensure the work environment remains hazard-free.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting 2-5 years
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance protocols.

Physical Requirements:
