The Reservations/Rapid Response Supervisor will be expected to monitor the day-to-day operations of Reservations regarding training and guest relations by being knowledgeable of all primary and secondary offerings of the resort and communicating this information to the team. They will be expected to train the team on how to assist and direct the guest to products and services that fulfill their requests.
