About this role
The Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for configuring, administering, and troubleshooting the organization’s enterprise infrastructure to ensure performance, availability, security, and the smooth integration of new products and services. This position serves as the second highest level of technical expertise within the department and provides support/mentoring to Administrators and Technicians. This position will frequently assist with due-diligence for proposed back-office business-units and member facing technology to determine if it meets security, supportability, scalability, and compatibility standards. Responsible for approving documented changes to enterprise infrastructure systems by junior staff, and ensure all changes meet change control requirements.
