About this role
Communicates in a firm, respectful, and professional manner to members, dealers and third parties regarding the completion of title work to secure security interest in collateralized loans. Processes all documents pertaining to the titling of collateralized loans to establish or transfer ownership of motor vehicles. Submits all appropriate paperwork for public records and helps new owners understand the process of changing the title on a vehicle and what they need to do to finish this process. In all dealings with the public, members or employees, responsibility or ownership is taken and pending issues are monitored to resolution. Will also maintain a professional, appearance to provide a friendly, caring atmosphere, in line with Credit Union 1 culture and expectations.
