Shop Maintenance Supervisor needed. Supervise shop operations, ensuring safety & equipment functionality. Duties include equipment inspection, process improvement, problem-solving, and staff management (hiring, training, performance reviews). Requires 2-5 years supervisory experience, shop maintenance experience, and a high school diploma/GED. Metal fabrication/machining experience & forklift certification preferred. Up to $40/hr DOE.
