About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled, self-directed Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing plant. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in an industrial environment and can independently troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision. Our maintenance team is currently lean and fast-moving. We need a technician who can contribute immediately, take ownership of equipment reliability, and help drive uptime and performance across the facility.
