About this role
Counterpart International is currently seeking a Chief of Party (COP) for the Participación Cívica Project in Guatemala. This is a full time position based in Guatemala City. This position will report to Counterpart’s Regional Director for Latin America and Caribbean based in Washington, DC. As COP, this position will represent Counterpart to USAID, local and national partners, and other relevant donor organizations in Guatemala. The COP will provide strategic vision and technical leadership on issues of government accountability and transparency, civil society engagement. S/he will also provide financial and administrative oversight and day-to-day management of the program.
