DCounterpart International (CPI) is seeking an Organization Development Consultant for its USAID-funded Supporting the Efforts of Partners (STEPS) program which seeks to enable local organizations not only deliver on their mandates but also to expand opportunities for local organizations to receive more USAID funding directly. This partnership-based program seeks to strengthen the capacity of local organizations institutionally and technically so that they can become integral to the ability of Malawi to address a variety of social, economic, and environmental challenges that are hindering the quality of life of the Malawian people.
