About this role
Regional/Portfolio supervisor that leads and directs the daily technical operation, maintenance, repair and quality control of assigned buildings as well as daily activities of Building Technicians. Support the management team by utilizing one or more specialized disciplines such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Work closely with their Manager(s) for the assigned portfolio and effectively communicate issues and provide input for budgets. Maintain positive communication and follow up with building tenants.
