SUMMARY ASME Welder 1 position develops skills to consistently weld and fabricate spool pieces to shop drawing specifications. This position gains more experience and more skilful in welding proficiency and begin increasing overall productivity. This position may require assistance from time to time to resolve technical problems associated with product quality. This position target is to develop ability to consistently meet performance and quality standards.
