As a Machine Helper, you have the unique opportunity to learn a variety of machines critical to the success of producing a quality product! Partnering with our hard-working team of Machine Operators, the Helper is able to learn our manufacturing process first-hand. At Manchester Industries, we value the safety of our employees. This position is able to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment, following appropriate personal protective equipment requirements, and upholding the mill’s safety program at all levels.
