About this role
ASICS has an exciting opportunity to join our IT Operations team as Network Engineer. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for providing technical services to ASICS Oceania. The Network Engineer will be looking after both the physical and virtual networks and collaborate closely with global teams to ensure that our business can work safely and securely.
So, what goes into making that happen?
Maintaining and upgrading ASICS network infrastructure, including switches, firewall and routers across multiple sites
Trouble shooting and resolving network issues
Maintaining and improving security measures, including firewall, VPN, and network security measures.
Maintaining and improving the identity access systems
Maintaining detailed network and process documentation
Providing customer support to our business on network related issues
Proactive maintenance across the environment
Support implementations of IT Infrastructure Projects

That’s enough about us! Here’s what we hope to see from you:
5 years' experience working in a large corporate environment looking after enterprise multi-sites
Hands-on experience with MERAKI, PALO ALTO, NETSCOPE, Telstra Networks, Okta, JAMF, Firewalls
Experience with corporate WIFI networks
Experience in Cloud connectivity such as AWS and AZURE
Relevant certifications in CISCO
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
