About this role
The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of some selected stores across WA and VIC with the goal being to boost revenue, develop the business and motivate the Store Managers to perform, lead and consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Maximising sales performance through excellent customer experience by using Foot ID, CXP, and elite product knowledgeDriving UPT, average basket, conversion and GP%/dollars through strategic initiativesResolving escalated customer complaints to ensure brand reputation and customer experience is not compromisedConducting monthly meaningful catch ups with managers to review results, progress, needs and opportunitiesEffectively execute weekly planning of store visit to ensure both the management team and store supports the needs of the business regarding sales, operations and staff engagementEnsuring all stores are adhering to all company policies and proceduresMonitor stock levels to ensure they stay at healthy capacity, while working with our Planning team to report any stock level issues and possible solutionsEnsuring pricing strategy is consistent with the National Strategy and not compromising store’s gross profitsConducting store audits and resolve any issues by implementing changes and actions to maximise all operations, sales, and merchandising opportunitiesEnsuring merchandising standards are in line with company direction and that marketing activities are supported and displayed correctlyConducting monthly audit checks to ensure stores are compliant with policies and procedures, particularly around cash handling, point of sale and stock handlingWorking closely with P&C and Store Managers to ensure all Recruitment needs are being forecasted and filled in a timely manner and in line with processCreating a learning culture to elevate staff engagement and customer experienceIdentify future leaders within your region and have a clear and effective succession planning strategy in place to develop staff and promote internal opportunities
