About this role
EXL is scaling a new portfolio of agentic AI solutions – starting with Voice AI and Fraud Detection – built and deployed on our enterprise-grade EXLerate.ai platform. We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Leader at the SAVP (D2) level to build, lead and grow the engineering teams that will design, develop and deliver these solutions to production for our clients. This is a build-and-scale leadership role that blends deep AI solution-architecture expertise with people leadership and client engagement. The successful candidate will set the technical direction for our Voice AI and Fraud Detection solutions, stand up high-performing engineering teams, and act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders at our top clients.
