About this role
The Finance Manager for VCS provides financial support and operational oversight for the designated markets working closely with the Finance Director to ensure accurate financial planning analysis and reporting This role focuses on executing day to day financial processes supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles and delivering timely and accurate financial insights to enable informed business decisions The Finance Manager ensures compliance with company policies GAAP and statutory requirements while driving process improvements and supporting special projects as needed
Reporting to the Finance Director the Finance Manager collaborates with cross functional teams including sales leads and business partners to maintain financial discipline and accountability The role emphasizes operational excellence data integrity and continuous improvement in financial processes
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and AnalysisSupport the preparation of budgets forecasts and monthly and quarterly PL reportingAssist in managing revenue OPEX and headcount tracking for designated areasPerform variance analysis and communicate key drivers to stakeholdersIdentify risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategiesReporting and Analytics
Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal reviews MBRs QBRs business casesConduct revenue and volume analysis incentive tracking and expense managementEnsure accuracy and clarity of financial data for decision makingBusiness Support
Partner with sales and functional teams to provide financial insights for deals and contractsSupport resource allocation analysis and costing models as directed by the Finance DirectorProcess and Compliance
Maintain data integrity and organized documentation of financial resultsAssist in enhancing financial processes and controls to align with governance requirementsEnsure compliance with GAAP IFRS and company policiesCollaboration and Team Support
Work closely with the Finance Director and cross functional teams to deliver on financial objectivesContribute to a culture of diversity inclusion and continuous improvementCritical Success Factors

Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDExpert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables macros and data visualizationStrong financial modeling skills with the ability to design and maintain complex planning tools scenario models and forecasting templatesProven experience in building dynamic reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights for business stakeholdersBachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field Masters preferred5–7 years of experience in financial planning analysis and reportingFamiliarity with TM1 Hyperion and other planning systems preferredPractical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRSExcellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detailAbility to work cross functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Visa is an EEO Employer.
