About this role
• IS Technical Production Coordinator. • Supports the Project Management Team with technical input regarding resolution of Production changes or Issues. • Evaluate escalations from the customer and Project Management team that require technical knowledge of the project. • Provide assistance to Project Management team to determine the identify proper parts as required. • Document Parts requests from the Project Management team. • Source parts accurately as required and help coordinate proper dispatch of parts to correct location. • Understand and accurately review and retrieve the latest revision of the project drawings to verify Parts requests. • Coordinate and verify information with the Engineering Team. • Coordinate multiple parts orders at once with numerous suppliers and the assigned buyer. • Ensure accuracy in maintaining records such as quantities and timely updates. • Ability to update and report out on a regular cadence.
