The School Receptionist is the gatekeeper and face of the school office, providing a warm, welcoming and inviting atmosphere for students, staff, parents and visitors. The receptionist also completes administrative tasks and supports school administration.
Responsibility Include:
● Assist with New Hire/Data change personnel paperwork ● xerox/copier repairs ● Staff coverage for Parent meetings ● End of Year checkout forms/paperwork ● Visitor/Student sign in ● Indoor recess Calendar ● Health Notices ● Field Trip Calendar ● Bus for Field Trip ● Meet you teacher/school supply drop off signage ● Curriculum night signage ● Staff Key management ● Records/transfer In/Out - photo copying/filling out forms ● Mail ● Substitute plan meetings ● Assist in the closing of office in June.

This position has an hourly range of $15.00 - $16.60 An employee's pay within the range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
