About this role
As an (Early) Careers Talent Project & Programme Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Europe region’s early careers talent portfolio, including the GROW Graduate Programme, internships, apprenticeships, student engagement initiatives, and school outreach programmes. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Organisational Talent & Development, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you will help attract, develop, and retain emerging talent across the region. You will lead programmes that create meaningful career opportunities while ensuring they meet evolving business needs and provide an engaging experience for participants.
