About this role
Job Purpose To support client onboarding and system maintenance processes across NOVA, Fidessa, and other operational applications. This role ensures accurate account setup, system data integrity, documentation compliance, and timely completion of onboarding requirements in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs. The position also provides ongoing system support, coordinates updates, and participates in process and system enhancement activities.
