About this role
As a member of our Fan Experience and Security Department, you’ll be the face of our venues, creating unforgettable first and last impressions for fans coming to all CSEC events. The moment fans arrive, you’ll be the ones to set the vibes, from welcoming fans while taking tickets or assisting them through primary security screening, to assisting them with wayfinding and crowd management. Our Fan Experience Team Members are more than just frontline support, we are the friendly face, storyteller, and strategic problem solver for our fans. With being the primary contact for our fans, you will be able to make lasting impressions in some of the most memorable experiences our fans will have.
