About this role
<p>职责内容/Responsibilities:<br>1．依据招聘计划完成招聘需求，负责招聘渠道的有效维护；<br>According to the recruiting plan to fulfill vacancies in time, and maintain the recruitment channel well.<br>2．负责新进人员简历筛选、入职甄选、试用期跟进；<br>To screen resume, and evaluate candidates, track probation process.<br>3．关注员工的稳定性，维护良好的沟通渠道，了解员工心声，促进员工融入公司环境；<br>Focus on the employee retain, maintain good communication with employee, understand their needs and support them to adapt the role smoothly.<br>4．关注员工流失率，执行员工离职访谈及离职原因分析；<br>Focus on employee turnover rate, to interview the resigned employees and analyze reasons.<br>5．及时准确的更新和维护周/月/季人力报表数据；<br>Maintain and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly/ annual manpower related report data accurately and in time.<br>6. 组织实施日常培训工作，包括前期准备、过程控制及效果评估，包含入职培训和上岗培训及外派培训；<br>Organize and implement daily training work, including preparation, training tracking and effect evaluation, including ORT training and on-the-job training and expatriate training.<br>7. 参与讲师队伍建设，持续完善讲师管理制度体系，组织内训师活动，并管理内训师的课酬；<br>Support to build internal trainer team and optimize the internal trainer management policy continuously, organize activities to motivate the internal trainer team.<br>8．处理上级临时交办事项。 <br>Handling other job assigned by supervisor<br>任职资格要求/ Job Requirement:<br>1．大专以上学历，人力资源管理/行政管理/心理学等相关专业；<br>College degree or above, Human resources management/Administrative Management/psychology and other related majors<br>2．具有三年以上招聘&培训工作经验； <br>Have more than two years recruiting&training experience<br>3．善于沟通协调，有一定的组织能力；<br>Be good at communication and coordination, have organizational capability<br>4．性格开朗，抗压力强，有较好的开拓性，较强的团队意识；<br>Outgoing, can work under pressure, initiative, strong sense of teamwork <br>5．品行端正，形象稳重，有一定的谈判能力。<br>integrity, right-minded, negotiation capability</p>
