sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Drive department strategies based on plant objectives and provide guidance and direction for the successful implementation of those plans.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Manages the shift activities of the production departments</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for monitoring and improving performance metrics for multiple production departments.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Conducts daily department meetings with cross functional representation</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Works within department and other functional groups on resolution of quality, performance, or downtime issues in a timely fashion.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Participates or leads cost reduction projects to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support the plant’s change management program</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provides training to employees as needed on new processes, procedures, or equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ensure employee focus through communication of priorities.</span></li> <li Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">High school diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing operations, ideally within high-volume or advanced materials production such as solar panel fabrication.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">2+ years quality, engineering, or operations experience within a manufacturing environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">2+ years of leadership experience managing large production teams.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Data analysis skills to chart and interpret data to make decisions / understand relationships.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Excellent people skills and the ability to interact
