of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Prioritizes production schedules improving performance metrics for multiple production departments.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Conducts daily department meetings with cross functional representation</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Works within department and other functional groups on resolution of quality, performance, or downtime issues in a timely fashion.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Participates or leads cost reduction projects to meet production goals, quality, and cost be required (5-10%)</li> </ul> Required Education & Experience: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">High school diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing operations, ideally within high-volume or advanced materials production such as solar panel fabrication.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">2+ years quality, engineering, or operations experience within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">2+ years of leadership experience managing large production teams.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Data analysis skills to chart and interpret data to make decisions / understand relationships.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Excellent people skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse employee group across many levels of management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong attention to detail.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
