The position is also responsible for developing strong supplier relationships and managing the performance of critical consumable parts suppliers across Q.C.D.M.S+i tools to ensure supply chain sustainability and reliability. In addition, the role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to implement sourcing strategies, execute projects, develop second sources, strengthen supply management, solve supply issues and continuously deliver AMC savings.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Conduct spending analysis and develop sourcing strategies or negotiation plans based on data-driven insights, business needs and market intelligence.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Initiate and execute sourcing projects across regions and teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Lead negotiations with suppliers covering annual pricing, rebates, contracts, and new projects.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Manage AMC portfolios, including AMC savings, Headwind/Excess cost, Mitigation initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Manage suppliers, maintain good supplier relationships, lead SRM activities including Annual audits, QBRs and other assigned actions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Collaborate cross-functionally to develop 2nd source solutions for managed material, mitigate supply risks, and continuously deliver cost reductions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Lead new supplier qualification activities and support new product development initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Manage contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Support non-glass inventory reduction through multiple solutions, including consignment, VMI, and inventory resale.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:#fffbfe">Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at each site and fulfill business requirements effectively.
