Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Set up and maintain OneDrive folders and organized file structures for new clients Create, update, and manage client and staff profiles in Central Reach Coordinate and manage scheduling changes for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Perform basic payroll support tasks, including PTO tracking and updates within payroll software Assist with general administrative duties and provide operational support as needed
Team Lead:
Oversees daily operations for all agents delivering high-quality and valued servicesConduct training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improveAnalyze and report on productivity and other metrics - such as attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocolsEnsure that the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, reportsPerform other supervisory tasks as requiredRequirements
At least 1 year BPO experience handling a Back Office function (Payroll/Admin)At least 6 months TL experienceCentral Reach software experience is an AdvantageStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Good verbal and written English skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.Wiling to work onsite in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shiftsBenefits
