Roles and responsibilities:
Submit and track prior authorization requests. Follow up on prior authorization statuses to ensure timely approvals. Rebill denied or rejected claims with appropriate corrections or additional documentation. Monitor and ensure that all authorized services are appropriately reimbursed by insurance payers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of authorization approvals and claim status. Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues affecting payment. Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience in any Healthcare campaignPrior Authorization experience is a PLUSStrong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written English skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
