About this role
Performs all relevant duties in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with established company policies and procedures while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and productivity. Ensures packaged goods are properly filled, sealed, labelled, baled, palletized and stretched wrapped in accordance with customer and/or BSM standards. Performs other duties (such as: performing metal detector checks, test weighing packed bags, inspecting pallets and raw materials prior to use, cleaning machinery and physical plant, accurately completing documentation, etc.) as assigned to aid in efficient operation of the department. Safely operates machinery, industrial forklift, Bobcat, or yard tractor as required to support Packaging Operations.
