Baylor Genetics is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to join our Epic Integration team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, build, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Aura integrations. You will collaborate closely with the interoperability team and technology team to ensure the Beaker system meets clinical and operational needs, supports accurate and efficient lab workflows, and aligns with industry regulations. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Epic Beaker, laboratory workflows, a pragmatic and user-centered mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver incremental but meaningful improvements.
