Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safe operation of production, conditioning, warehouse, and harvest equipment. This position oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, supervises maintenance personnel, manages maintenance resources and contractors, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational objectives and maximize equipment uptime.
