Job Summary: Leads pre-commercial testing and development, portfolio management, and agronomy strategy for corn and soybean products, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and growth plans. Partners with Sales to advance product and agronomic initiatives that meet market and customer needs. Provides leadership for the agronomy team and directs seed products from early development through commercial launch, building a strong, market-driven portfolio. Oversees analysis of field-testing data to quantify product value, support portfolio decisions, and guide product advancement. Integrates product development, portfolio management, and agronomy to drive growth across both sales and GDM-owned germplasm while delivering solutions that address evolving farm needs.
