Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Machine Operator for our Dryer A operation, 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). Operator will provide for proper drying and particle formation, sampling and testing of products following state and federal government regulation. Comply with precise American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) standards regarding particle size distribution, residual moisture content, particle shape of the product and powder specification.
