About this role
Provide technical and sales assistance to Route Managers. Provide hands on guidance to Route Managers with accounts. Responsible for field training and evaluation of each team member, which entails a regular schedule of riding with each Route Manager to evaluate their performance. Assist in improving services by training and retraining Route Managers in the correct and effective use of materials and equipment.
