About this role
As a Director within our Capital Markets division, you’ll be at the forefront of institutional real estate strategy, working with major fund managers and leveraging Colliers’ national and international networks. You’ll play a key role in winning major business, facilitating high-value transactions, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clientsDrive revenue through strategic engagement with Colliers’ client baseCollaborate with the Head of Office Capital Markets as to secure controlled opportunitiesLead targeted programs to grow institutional business activityRespond to internal referrals and participate in national capital markets callsInitiate regular client meetings and informal engagementsEnsure accurate reporting in partnership with Marketing and Information teamsMeet monthly revenue targetsEnhance Colliers’ profile through media and public relationsShare cross-divisional referral opportunities What You’ll Bring
