About this role

We’re looking for a Operation Assistant to update and maintain information on our company database system.

The purpose of this role is to collect the information from the audited financial statements and enter it into our company database system for storage and analysis. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. In addition, data entry must verify and correct data as needed to ensure and maintain the data accuracy, up-to-date information in our systems.

What you’ll need to bring to the team:

To maintain confidentiality of the data entry and exhibit a high integrity level with attention to detail,Able to provide a strong commitment in order to deliver quality data entry in a timely and accurately mannerWhat you’ll be doing

Analyses audited financial statementsEnter financial data in database system in a timely and accurately mannerVerify and correct data entry errors by comparing it to source documentsOrganise paperwork after entering data, prepare relevant reports as neededPerform and achieve the KPI as assignedWork independently and as part of a team
