Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily rehearsals and training for the actors, guide the new actors to familiarize the performance content and process;
• Evaluate each performance and the actors, records the audience's response and feedback;
• Ensure the preformance fulfills the director's intention in terms of correctness and standardization.
• Repair the problems in each performance in a timely manner.
• Assists the chief director to make necessary modifications and adjustments to the performance
Job Requirements:
• Graduated from a performing art school, with good experience in directing stage performances (including but not limited to drama, dance, musicals, resident shows, etc.)
