Learn more about Amazon RME in Australia Key job responsibilities - Lead and Motivate: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing strategic guidance and professional development - Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and facility compliance strategies - Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and to promote safe working across the site - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex facility systems and automated equipment - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across organizational levels and participate in strategic leadership meetings A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of hands-on technical work and strategic leadership.
