Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
