About this role
Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry. Medicine (MD). Tasks: Diagnose diseases and physiological disorders. Prescribe medication and treatment . Treat diseases and physiological disorders . Study the nature, cause and development of diseases and the structural and functional changes caused by diseases. Act as consultants to other physicians. Skin care. Maintain clinical and progress reports. Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families. Diagnose patients' diseases and disorders. Plan patient care. Examine the patient. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
